How do I make a hotel reservation? Is there a special conference rate?

A limited number of sleeping rooms have been blocked at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace at a group rate of $149.00/night (single or double occupancy) + 15.5% tax.

The cut-off date for the group rate is Monday, January 20, 2014. Reservations will be accepted after this date on a space and rate available basis only. Please note that our room block will fill up. Therefore, you are encouraged to make your hotel reservation immediately in order to ensure availability.

Will high-speed internet access be available at the WebWise Conference?

Complimentary wireless internet will be available in all meeting rooms. If you are staying at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel, complimentary internet access is also included in the guest room rate.

Baltimore Washington International (BWI) is location approximately 8 miles from the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. Is there a registration fee for attending WebWise 2014? How do I register?

There is a $50.00 USD registration fee to attend WebWise. Acceptable forms of payment include: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Check (payable to Capital Meeting Planning, Inc.). Upon submitting your registration, you will receive a payment receipt (or invoice) via email. Registration for the WebWise Conference reaches capacity every year.  Therefore, early registration is recommended.

Are any pre-conference sessions being offered?

The format for WebWise has changed. We will not be offering pre-conference workshops. Rather, the conference has been expanded to include 2½ days of plenary sessions, breakout groups, and project demonstrations. Please refer to the latest agenda posted on the conference website.

Are sponsor opportunities available?

What meals will be provided during the conference?

A continental breakfast and morning/afternoon breaks will be provided each day. We are also hopeful to provide lunch on day 1 and day 2.
