Tim Carrigan has been with the Institute of Museum and Library Services since 2007, and currently serves as a senior program officer in the Office of Library Services.  In addition to his grant portfolio, Tim has been involved with many of the agency’s special initiatives, including WebWise and Museums, Libraries, and 21st Century Skills.

Prior to coming to IMLS, Tim worked at the National Building Museum and Pittsburgh Opera.  He earned his master’s degree in Arts Management from the H. John Heinz III College of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University and his bachelor of science in interdisciplinary studies (art history and marketing) from Plymouth State University.
