MOLLY LOOMIS

ECHO Lake Aquarium & Science Center

Molly Loomis is the Director of Education at ECHO Lake Aquarium & Science Center at the Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, where she oversees programming for family, school and adult audiences. Molly has taught in schools and museums, conducted evaluation and research in informal settings, cultivated partnerships between museums and universities, and managed federal grants from the Institute for Museum and Library Services and the National Science Foundation. Before joining ECHO, Molly served as a Research Fellow at the National Science Foundation’s Center for Informal Learning and Schools, developed interactive exhibits for Exhibit A Design Group, and received her PhD in Science Education from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
