Angela Hanshaw is Web Editor at the American Library Association’s Public Programs Office, which promotes cultural and community programming as an essential part of library service. She is responsible for the design, development, and content of ProgrammingLibrarian.org, an IMLS-funded website that serves as an online resource for all things related to presenting cultural and community programs for all types and sizes of libraries. She also designs grant-specific websites for the Public Programs Office, such as the StoryCorps @ your library, Muslim Journeys, and Building Common Ground sites. Angela began her career at the American Library Association in 1998, working on print and online publications for eight years in the Production Services department.
