A limited number of sleeping rooms have been blocked at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace at a group rate of $149.00/night (single or double occupancy) + 15.5% tax.

The cut-off date for the group rate is Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Reservations will be accepted after this date on a space and rate available basis only. Please note that our room block will fill up. Therefore, you are encouraged to make your hotel reservation immediately in order to ensure availability.

Complimentary wireless internet access will be available in the general session room, the pre-conference rooms, and guest rooms. The hotel recently made a significant upgrade to their internet infrastructure, so we anticipate excellent connectivity in the meeting rooms.

Baltimore Washington International (BWI) is location approximately 8 miles from the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. A one-way taxi fare will cost approximately $30.00, and a one-way Super Shuttle fare will cost approximately $13.00.
Is there a registration fee for attending WebWise 2013? How do I register?
There is a $50.00 USD registration fee to attend WebWise. Acceptable forms of payment include: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Check (payable to Capital Meeting Planning, Inc.). Upon submitting your registration, you will receive a payment receipt (or invoice) via email. Registration for the WebWise Conference reaches capacity every year. Therefore, early registration is recommended.
Are any pre-conference sessions being offered?
Yes, workshops will occur on Wednesday, March 6th.
This year, WebWise will feature a new approach to pre-conference workshops. The workshop offerings will be determined by conference participants. Using online idea generating software called IdeaScale, participants will suggest and vote on possible workshops. Once you have registered for the conference and indicated your interest in participating in the March 6 workshop sessions, you will receive information on how to participate on the IdeaScale site.
Can anyone attend the pre-conference sessions on Wednesday, March 6th?
Yes, anyone can attend the pre-conference sessions. However, pre-registration is required and attendance will be limited for each session.
How do I register for a pre-conference session?
In order to attend a pre-conference session, you must register for the main WebWise Conference. At that time, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for a pre-conference session.
What meals will be provided during the conference?
Continental breakfast will be provided for those who attend the pre-conference sessions.
Continental breakfast, mid-morning break, lunch, and an afternoon break will be provided on Thursday, March 6, 2013 for all conference attendees.
